Atrium Deli has been running its kitchen without interruption since the hotel opened in 2011. It is open at 2.00 am when a flight from Frankfurt lands at IGI and the guest is in Sector 44 by 4.00. It is open at 7.00 am when the first session of the MDP at MDI begins and the delegate needs breakfast that is not a packet of biscuits from a vending machine. It is open at midnight when the corporate team wraps a product launch on the Emerald Garden and wants something proper before anyone drives home.
The menu spans Indian, European, American, and Pan-Asian — not as a compromise between them but as a deliberate statement that the guest who lands in Gurugram today may have been in Singapore last Tuesday and London the Tuesday before that, and their appetite does not resolve into a single cuisine bracket. The live kitchen brings the preparation into the room. The glass-roofed private dining extension takes the room into its own register.
